Have you got Wifi / TV?
Yes, WIFI is available throughout the house. There are no televisions. Espacio Fenomena encourages a slower, more connected experience with the island and each other.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning. However, the house is built in such a way that the rooms naturally maintain a pleasant temperature throughout summer and the cooler months.
Do you offer room service or breakfast?
Espacio Fenomena is a self-catered accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals. If you prefer to dine out, the local Teleclub is only a 2-minute walk away and serves delicious tapas and drinks. Ask Gabby for other recommendations as well.
What other facilities can I find at Espacio Fenomena?
Yoga & fitness space.
Surfing tips & guidance (ask Gabby if you’d like advice).
Filtered water tap in the common kitchen refill your bottle and help reduce plastic waste.
FOOD & DRINKS
Where can I eat?
Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen or discover Lanzarote’s local cuisine. Recommendations of nearby restaurants are available.
Is the water drinkable?
Tap water in Lanzarote comes from desalination and has a distinctive taste. For your comfort, Espacio Fenomena has a filtered water tap in the kitchen. It provides higher quality drinking water and helps reduce plastic waste. However we recommend you to drink mainly bottled water.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is not included. The kitchen is available for self-catering, and there are local cafés and restaurants close by. Ask Gabby to send you her recommendation list 😜.
PRACTICALITIES
Can I do laundry?
There is no in-house laundry service, but a list of nearby express laundries can be provided.
Is the house accessible to those with disabilities?
Please contact directly to discuss specific requirements.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available in front of the property.
Are pets allowed at the retreat house?
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated at Espacio Fenomena, though we love animals.
Activities & Experiences
Can I book private yoga sessions or classes during my stay?
Yes. If you’d like to keep up with your practice, let Gabby know and she can try to arrange a private session.
Can I bring my own yoga mat or other equipment?
Of course. For other sports equipment, please inform Gabby in advance to organize storage.
Are there any nearby attractions or points of interest?
Espacio Fenomena is located in a strategic spot close to:
- Timanfaya National Park (8 minutes away)
- Cultural centers (10 minutes away)
- Local restaurant (2 minutes away)
- The spectacular Famara beach (12 minutes away)
- The island’s renowned wineries (10 minutes away)
Are there any hiking or walking trails nearby?
Yes. There are several trails starting right from the village of La Vegueta, as well as many across the island. Some of the favorites are around the Volcanes National Park.

GETTING HERE
How do I get to Espacio Fenomena?
Lanzarote has just one airport: César Manrique Airport (ACE). From there you can reach the house by car, taxi, or bus.

What currency should I bring and is there an ATM nearby?
The local currency is Euro (€). The nearest ATM is in Tinajo, a 5-minute drive from the house. It is advisable to carry some cash, as smaller shops and restaurants may not accept cards.
Check-in & Check-out
What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Check-out is before 11:00 am on your final day. Late check-outs may incur an additional night charge.
Families & Groups
Can we bring our children?
Espacio Fenómena is designed for adult guests. However, if you are interested in a full property buy-out, families with children are welcome.
Is there a minimum age requirement for guests?
Yes, the minimum age for guests is 11 years old.
Bookings
How do i book?
Fill in the contact form or send an email to bookings@espaciofenomena.com with your preferred dates and room.
We will:
- Check availability.
- Get back to you by email as soon as possible.
- Share all the booking details with you.
- Request a deposit to confirm your reservation.
How does payments work?
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance should be paid 1 week before arrival, though you’re welcome to pay the full amount at the time of booking if you prefer. Payments are made by bank transfer.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. In case of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.
We strongly recommend having travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your plans.
