The year began at Espacio Fenomena with a beautiful weekend retreat guided by yoga teachers Fanny Corinna and Margherita. It was a chance to reset after the holidays, connect with nature, and welcome the new year with fresh intentions.

Over these three days, a small group came together for sunrise yoga sessions, mindful walks among Lanzarote’s volcanic landscapes, and moments of reflection. The retreat also included a cacao ceremony and creative art therapy, all designed to help participants tune in and start the year with renewed energy.

Fanny brings a deeply personal approach to her teaching, helping students reconnect with both body and mind, while Margherita’s calm and grounded presence added an extra layer of warmth to the group experience. The atmosphere was open, relaxed, and full of positive energy. A wonderful way to mark the start of a new chapter.
